“Farmer Parr’s Scarecrow Festival 2012”

Farmer Parr invites EWE to GET STUFFING for our

2012 SCARECROW FESTIVAL!

MAKE EWER OWN Scarecrow and EWE could win a super prize!

We accept entries in 2 categories:-

 

School / Group entries!

EWE COULD WIN A FREE SCHOOL TRIP!

(For up to 50 children - worth over £250)

The winning entry will receive a fab-ewe-lous group/class visit to Farmer Parr’s,

(which will include a hands-on with the animals and a free tractor ride too)!

All school entries will receive 3 family tickets

(for ewe to use as ewe wish - possibly given as rewards or raffle prizes).

Small groups/families/individual entries!

1st prize - 'Be a Farmer for the Day'

2nd prize - 'Adopt an animal' of your choice

All entries in this category will receive one family ticket

All entries received will be displayed around the farm

during the ‘Farmer Parr's Scarecrow Festival’ and for the whole summer hols!

 

Judging will be based on creativity & imagination.

Scarecrows can be built on any theme/idea and made of any materials.

It’s a great idea for a CLASS PROJECT or family RAINY DAY FUN!

Entries must be in by 5pm Saturday 14th July.

(Please attach a secure label to your entry with your name, contact information and age group!)

Judging will take place on Sunday 15th July.

The winners will be informed the following week.

Any items of value that you would like to keep must be collected by 1st Sept.

Please just give us a call if you would like to take part or require further information.

Or just bring your Scarecrow to the farm during opening hours by 14th July.
