EEEE BYEEE GUM! Just having a think about what’s been happening recently....

We are getting ready for ‘Halloween Half-Term’ and our ‘Farmer Parr-a-Normal’ Parties. It’s one of the best times of year down on the farm. Everyone gets into the spirit of it – especially Grumpy Farmer Brian (aka G.F.B).....  poor little 'Johnny of all trades' (aka The Destroyer) was up to his usual tricks....the normal array of breakages as he set about trimming the hedges with the big tractor. A few signs were flattened and a gate now sports a large dent. However, it wasn’t until he hit ‘Super Strong Simon’ that he noticed anything was wrong – and trust me, the tractor came off worse.

Well, Grumpy Farmer Brian was FURIOUS and has decided to implement a new discipline policy. Any staff found in possession of stupidity will be locked in the Tunnel of Terror until Halloween. It may not be kind – but at least it guarantees some seriously scary sights over Halloween – heaven knows what Johnny will look like by Oct 29^th!! We can rely on Brian to have most of the staff locked up in there before Halloween. Enter the tunnels at your own peril..... Let’s hope Simon doesn’t end up in there!

We have a new miniature horse stallion – called Prince Albert. He is grey with black speckles and is settling in very well.

Most of the animals are REALLY HAIRY now – getting ready for winter in their big warm coats. Namely, the horses, the ponies, the goats, the donkeys and the deer. Most will be like huge cuddly teddy bears in another month.

Gloria Gaynor, our black bantam, has just hatched a lovely brood of chicks and she is looking after them very well.

Our little white lop-eared rabbit had taken a liking to the museum and keeps jumping out of his run and heading to the grassy knoll in the museum. Luckily he is very friendly and can easily be caught when it’s food time.

Some of our SCARY animals can’t wait for Halloween. The rats, snakes and owls are ready and waiting..... Join us if ewe DARE!
